Min faster fyller 66 år imorgon så jag skapade detta  box-/låd-/ram-kort till henne.

My aunt is turning 66 years old tomorrow so I created this shadow box / frame card for her.

The text says: Age is just a number. It is LIFE that counts. Everything that is important and fun has it given places during time. You should live here and now".

Så hur gjorde jag?
Kortbasen är 13*13cm, använde vanligt vit CS. Sidorna (lådans djup) är 1 cm och ramen på framsidan är också 1 cm runtom.

So how did i made it?
Well the card base is 13*13 cm, used plain white CS. The sides (the depth of the box)  are 1cm wide and the frame on the front is also 1cm wide all around.

Oftast gör man bara 2 kanter att limma fast på kortbasen men jag göra alla fyra för det ser mer snyggt ut.

Usually you only have two sides to glue on to the card base but I make all four sides cause it looks more proper.

                           

Av de beigea CS Quicksand från Reprint gjorde jag fyra stycken 1*13cm bitar, distressade med Rangers Frayed Burlap och limmade fast runt om på lådkortets kanter.

Of the beige CS Quicksand from Reprint/Paper Accents I made four 1*13cm stripes, distressed with Rangers Frayed Burlap and glued them on all four sides on the box card.

Jag använde DP Collectable, My mind´s Eye "You are" till ramen. Jag ville att den skulle täcka den vita CS ramen så jag gjorde den 1,2cm bred (den vita DP ramen är 1cm som jag skrev tidigare). Hela pappersbiten är 13*13cm. Distressad med Frayed Burlap.

Sen skapade jag blommorna. Så här ser dom ut i början. DPn är French Vanilla från Reprint.
När du rullar ihop dem är det stor risk att du behöver justera med saxen, inget konstigt alls, nöden har ingen lag ;)
Jag limmar bit för bit så de ska hålla formen. ibland får man klippa av en bit och limma på den igen för att få en finare form.

Hur du än gör det är det rätt, det finns inga fel i scrapbooking.

Then I made the flowers. This is how they look from the start. DP is French Vanilla from Reprint /Paper Accents.
When you roll them you may need to do some adjusting with scissors, nothing strange about that, just need must ;)
I glue the bit by bit so they will hold their form. sometimes you need to cut of a bit and reglue it to get a better shape.

How ever you do it is the right way to do it, there is no wrongs in scrapooking.

Jag ville ha kvistar och blad i mjuk rosa och "klar"grönt för att få lite vårkänsla.
Kvistarna stansade ut ur CS Berry blush och löven ur CS Lily pond båda från Reprint.
Båda stansarna är från Martha Stewart.
Kvistarna fick lite Wink of Stella clear 999 för glittereffekt.

I wanted twigs and leaves in a soft pink and "brighter" green to give a spring feeling.
Twigs was punched out of CS Berry Blush and leaves CS Lily pond, both from Reprint/Paper accents. Both punches is from Martha Stewart.

The twigs got some Wink of Stella clear 999 for glitter effect.

Jag målade på lite Glossy Accent från Ranger på bladen för att de skulle bli lite glansiga.

I painted on some  Glossy Accent from Ranger on the leaves so they would be a bit shiny.

Här kan ni se att jag har, efter jag limmat allt på plats, använt lite Glossy Accent även på blommorna och med 3D Pearl affect, Dovecraft, på bladen skapade jag vattendroppar.

texten är handgjord på vit CS som först distressats med Spun Sugar och sen med Frayed burlap.
Limmad på samma DP som sitter på framsidan men på DPns andra sida och den i sin tur på en bit CS Quicksand (samma som kortets sidor och distressad också med Frayed Burlap).

Here you can see that I have, after I glued them in place, used some Glossy Accents on the flowers too and had 3D Pearl Effects, Dovecraft, on the leaves to create water drops.

The text is handwritten on white CS, distressed first with Spun Sugar and the Frayed Burlap.
Glued on same DP as the frame just the opposite side of it and on a piece of CS Quicksand (same as the box card sides are, also distressed with Frayed Burlap).

Och på insidan är texten också handgjord och kanterna är distressade likadant som texten på framsidan.
Dekorerade med några blad till och med samma pärla som de på framsidan.

Ett födelsedagskort till en vän. Skapade detta för ett tag sedan och detta passar henne perfekt.

For a friend on her birthday. Made this a while ago and it´s perfect for her.

Hon är en kvinna som är en stjärna i köket, i garaget, ute i trädgården, bakom symaskinen, med hammare eller målarpensel eller att vara en vän.

Kortet är trevikt.

Texten till vänster är handgjord. Det andra, bokstäverna, är gjorda med Sugar Cookie die från Quikutz. 

Kommer inte ihåg färgnamnet på cardstocken. 

Basen är i en ljus hallonfärg. DP okänd (heter nånting med Dot tror jag).

Hjärtan gjorda med stampin up stans- ugglan. Wink of stella clear 999 på dem.

She is a woman that is a star in the kitchen, in the garage, out the garden, behind a sewing machine, with a hammer or a paintbrush or being a friend.

The card is a tri folded one.

The text to the left is handmade. The other , letters, is done with Sugar cookie die from Quikutz.

Don´t know the colour name of the Cardstock. 

The base is like Rasberry light red. DP unknown (think it is  Dot someting). Hearts made with Stampin up Punch owl. Wink of stella clear 999 on them.

Muffin är handgjord. färglagd med Promarkerpennor. Wink fo Stella clear 999 på glasyren och på ljuslågan.

Fick en beställning på ett dopkort med akut snabbleverans så detta är slutresultatet efter 2 heldagar av scrappande.

***  Got an order with very short notice for a baptism/christening (don´t know which word you prefer)
so this is the end result of a 2 days scrapping spree.

Jag gjorde ett lådkort/Box frame kort av vanlig vit CS. Jag distressade vissa kanter med Peacock Feathers från Ranger. Texten är skriven på CS Salty Sea från Reprint och distressades med samma färg som kanterna på kortbasen. Bilden nedan  visar distressen, CS biten till vänster är odisstressad så ni ser skillnaden.

I made a shadow frame box card and used standard white CS. I distressed some edges with Peacock Feathers from Ranger. The text is on CS called Salty Sea from Paper Accents. Distressed it with same distress as on on the card base. Picture below shows the distress, the CS piece on the left is non distressed so you can see the diffrence.

Ritade en dinosaurie och Promarkerpennorna till vänster är dom jag använde till att färglägga dinosaurien och de till höger är dom jag använde till garnnystanet.

Draw a Dinosaur and the promarkers  to the left is those I used to colour the dinosaur and the right is the one for the yarn ball.

                         

Här nedan kan ni se dinon innan jag klippte ut den (sax och skalpell) och sen limmade jag den på ny CS i lilla och klippte ut igen. Det andra cardstocklagret ger en fin inramning och mer stadga.

Here below you can see the dino is before I cut it out (scissors and scalpel)  and then I glued it on another purple CS and cut it out again. The second one gives it a nice frame and it is more stiff.

DPn är från Reprint, heter Syster Yster, Childrens Collection. Distressad med Spicey Marmelade från Ranger.  Den turkosa ramen är gjord av CS Blue oasis, distressad med samma Peacock feathers.

Slutfinishen inkluderade lite wink of Stella clear 999 på dinosaurien, garnnystanet, bokstäver och hjärtan.
Använde också lite 3D Pearl Effects från Dovecraft till prickarna på dinos panna, lite svårt att se på bilderna.
Bokstäverna är gjorda med De gröna promarkerpennorna (utom den som heter Holly).
De små hjärtan gjordes med Stampin up stansen ( på bild högre upp i detta inlägg). Färglagda med olika Promarkerpennor.

Övrig svart text är handgjort.

The DP  is from Reprint  called Syster Yster, childrens Collection. Distressed the edges with Spicey Marmelade, Renger.
The turqouis frame was made of CS blue oasis and also distressed with Peacock Feathers.

The finishing touches included some Wink of Stella clear 999 on the dinosaure, yarnball,  letters and hearts. 
Also used some 3D pearl Effects from Dovecraft on the dots on the dinos forehead, hard to see on the pics.
The letters is done with QuicKutz die Banan split and I used the green Promarkerpens for it (except the one called Holly). 
The small hearts was made with the stampin up punch (in pic higher up in this post) coloured with diffrent Promarker pens.

The  other black texts are handmade.

En sista ros - A last rose.

En sista ros - A last rose.

Tiden tar slut för dem vi älskar även om vi inte vill att det ska hända.

Jag skapade denna ros till en farbror som lämnade jordelivet för några veckor sedan. Jag har tidigare gjort två rosor till hans fru och hans syster som ett sista farväl och nu var det hans tur.

The time is ending for those we love even if we don´t want it to happened. 

I made this rose for a uncle that left the earth a few weeks ago. I had made two roses before for his wife and for his sister as a last farewell and now it was his time.

Jag använde Blossomstansen från Stampin up och distressade med spun sugar och Peeled paint från Ranger för att få en tidig vårig känsla.
Ni kan se på bilden hur många delar det är som jag använde.

Det är mer en hur du känner för när man gör den, vill du ha fler delar eller färre så är det upp till dig. Det kan inte bli fel :)

It´s more of how you feel when you make it, if you want to use more pieces ore less it´s up to you. You can´t go wrong :)

Såg en godisautomat på Pinterest och ville skapa en till en vän på hennes födelsedag och så här blev slutresultatet.

Saw a candy dispenser on Pinterest and wanted to make one for a friend for her birthday and this is the result.

Jag började med att rita en egen mall för automaten då jag ville ha en som var lite större. 
Den övre är appraten och nedre bilden är locket.
skar ut med skalpell.

I started to draw my own templates for the dispenser cause i wanted it to be a bit bigger. 
First picture is the dispenser and the other underneath is for the lid. cut out with a scalpel.

Så här ser den ut inuti när den är ihoplimmad. Jag satte en bit Overhead i botten för  skydd.

This is how it looks inside when its glued together. I put in the bottom of it a piece of over head sheet to give it a cover.

Jag gjorde ett misstag med skalpellen så godisöppningen blev lite större än det skulle vara men jag gjorde en spetskant av vit vanlig CS med stansen på bilden. Distressade med Black Sooth från ranger och limmade fast.

I made a misstake with the scalpel so the dispenser hole got slightly bigger but I made a lace edge with plain white CS using the punch in the pic. Distressed it with Black Sooth from Ranger and glued it on.

På insidan av locket och undersidan av automaten använde jag DP från Panduro för att göra den finare.

Inside the lid and on underneath the dispenser I used some DP from Panduro to make it a bit prettier.

På utsidan använde jag DP Scull candy från Panduro och vanlig vit CS. Både DP CS kanterna är distressade med Black Sooth. Storleken får ni välja om ni vill ha smalare eller bredare. Jag valde att göra dem kortare så att locket passade (se bild längre ner).

On the outside I use DP Scull Candy from Panduro and Plain white CS. Both DP and CS got distressed Black Sooth edges. The sizes is for you to choose if you want the smaller or wider.

I chose to make them shorter so the lid fitted (see picture further down).

DPn Scull Candy hade härliga ord skrivna på så det passade fint att ha som en detalj på locket.

Här kan ni se att panelerna är kortare så locket ska passa. Bokstäverna är sansade med en dies från QuicKutz som heter Banana Split. Hade på lite wink of stella Clear 999 på dem. Dekorerade med några rhinestonesstjärnor.
