Poleraren - The Polisher.

Detta födelsdagskort var till en man som älskar bilar. Han hade köpt ett verktygsbälte att använda när han polerade sina bilar. Hans flickvän sa att jag kunde kanske använda det som korttema om jag ville.
Så klart! Perfekt tema!

This birthday card was for a man who loves cars. He had bought a tool belt to use when he was polishing his cars. His girlfriend told me that I could use it for a card theme if I wanted.
Of course! Perfect theme!

Började sen med bakgrunden till framsidan. Okänd stämpel på DP pappret från Panduro.

Gjorde bilden på poleraren.

Made the drawing of the polisher.

Copics till ansiktet och vita Sharpie pennan till verktygsdetaljer.

Klar. Dags att skära ut honom.

Finished. Time to cut him out.

För HURRA detaljen på framsidan.
Stansade ut bokstäverna på slät vit CS och färglade med en promarkerpenna.

Skapade för hand blänk-stjärnorna, fick justera storleken lite mer innan jag limmade allt på en bit CS Blue vibrant från Reprint storlek 14cm*2cm, med distressade kanter.

For the HURRA detail on the front.
Diesed out the letter on white plain CS and coloured them blue with a promarker pen.

Made the shine stars by hand, had to adjust the size a bit more befor gluing them together on a piece of CS Vibrant blue from Paper Accent, size 14cm*2cm, with distressed edges.

Till insidan ritade jag en liten bil och skar ut den för att ha som en söt detalj.

For the inside a drew a small car and cut it out as a cute detail.

Text to the write says: Big shiny ( shiny as a mirror) congratulations on your twenty-seventh birthday.

Its a text that rhyms so translating it will sound weird but here we go:

Right tools and a happy mood.
Put on the cool belt and fix a nice freshness.

Doodle and polish a bit here and there.

Show how much you love her.

But watch out so the pearl doesn´t looses her shine
( swedish "lackar ur " means here get fed up)
Yes she even can get a bit dull and even a bit cranky.

But with the right touch and approach style

it kan be a great joy- yes I´m talking about the car.

Se Upp - Watch Out!

Mamma i farten jag tror att många av er vet hur det är.

En beställning på ett kort till en kvinna som jag gjort kort till tidigare.

Hon har mycket att stå i varje dag precis som varje förälder har på väg både hit och dit.

Denna gång var önskemålet om jag kunde rita hennes elcykel med henne och barnen. Inte det lättaste att skapa. En utmaning!

Mum in a hurry I think many of you know whats thats like.

Got an order for a card to a woman that I have made card for before.

She has a lot on her plate every day like all parents have going both here and there.

This time the request was if I could draw her electric bike with her and her kids. Not the easiest thing to create. A challenge!

En av de blå panelerna skar jag ut till en ram och alla kanterna på all tre delarna blev distressade.

One of the blue panels I cut out as a frame and all edges on all the three pieces were distressed.

Nästa var bilden. Tog ett tag att få till den, några fel så jag fick göra om den en gång.

Sen färgläggning och skära ut den.

Next was the picture. Took a while to make it, a few errors so had to redo it once.

Then colour it and cut it out.

1. Copics for the faces, E57 for her hair.

Använde slät vit CS till dom utstansade små bokstäverna.

Färglade dem innan jag limmade fast dem i en typ "fartfylld stil" och några strasstenar för den kompletta looken på kortet.

Used plain white CS for the diesed small letters.

Coloured them before gluing them on in a kind of "hurry style" and a few rhinstones to complete the look of the card.

Cykeln är satt halvvägs utanför ramen då det ger en mer 3D känsla.

The bike is placed halfway outside the frame cause it gives it a more 3D feeling.

Julkort 2019 - Christmas cards 2019.

Det är juletid!

Var inte säker på om jag skulle ha tid att skapa några julkort alls i år men det gjorde jag!

It´s Christmas time!

Wasn´t sure I would have time to make any Christmas cards this year but I did!

Kortbas 1010 cm CA Bazzill. DP 99cm från Panduro.
Distressade Designpapprens kanterna. Ville ha en enkel och gulligt utseende på korten. Gjorde söta etiketter.

Distressed the Design Papers edges. Wanted a sweet clean look on the cards. Made cute labels.

För att få stämplingen gjord snabbt och rätt varje gång använde jag en stämpelpress. Limmade dem på brun CS Mocca Divine från Reprint. Dom engelska etiketterna är handskrivna.

To get the stamps done quickly and right every time I used a stamp precision platform. Glued them on brown CS Mocca Divine from Paper Accents. The english labels are handwritten.

Andra detaljer till korten.
Distressade den gröna CSn med Evergreen Bough för att få en mörkare kallare grön nyans på järneksbladen (svårt att se färgen på bilden nedan).
Limmade fast hampasnören på DPn..
Därefter limmade jag fast löven och bären ovanpå snörena innan jag limmade fast de färdigknutna rosetterna med hjälp av min limpistol.

Other details for the cards.
Distressed the green CS with Evergreen bough to get a more darker cold green shade on the holly oak leves ( hard to see the colour on the picture below).

Glued the hemp strings on to the DP.
Then I glued the leaves and berries on top of the strings before gluing on the already tied bows with the help of my glue gun.

Insidan. Använde en stämpel i dom svenska julkorten som jag själv skapat.

I dom engelska skrev jag för hand "and a happy new year" då jag inte har en stämpel för det- ännu.

Inside. Used a stamp inside the Swedish cards that I´ve made myself.

In the english ones I wrote by hand "And a happy new Year cause I don´t have a stamp for it- yet.

Tittut 60 - Peek-a-boo 60.

Detta kort var till en väninnas svägerska. Ville göra nått lite annorlunda så jag valde att göra ett titthåls kort som jag kallar det.

This card was for a friends sister- in law. Wanted to do something a little different so I made a peek-a-boo card as I call it.

Kortbas 15*15cm CS Chablis från Reprint. DP okänd men jag tror den är från Panduro.
Använde QuicKutz cirkelstansar/ dies för att skapa titthålet. Alla kanterna inklusive hålet men inte kortbasen distressade med Iced Spruce .Ville göra lite annorlunda. Gjorde en grå CS ram från Reprint att ha ovanpå DPn.

Några hjärtan (med Stampin up! ugglestans, se bild längre ner) i hörnet som dekoration, på med lite Wink of Stella clear 999 på dem.

Card base 15*15cm CS Chablis from Paper Accents. DP unknown but I think it is from Panduro.Used QuicKutz circle dies to make the peek-a-boo hole. All the edges including the hole but not the card base distressed with Iced Spruce. Wanted to make a bit different. Made a gray CS frame from Paper accents to have on top of the DP.

A few hearts (made with Stampin up! owl punch, see picture further down) for decoration in the corner, some Wink of Stella clear 999 on them.

Gjorde sen alla ringar för att få fint runt hålen och blommorna. Distressade grovt kanter på blomblad och löven. Strasstenar för glittret.

Did then the circles to make it look good around the holes and the flowers. Distressed roughly the edges on the petals and the leaves. Rhinestone for sparkle.
