The Witcher.

Det var dags för ett av mina årliga födelsedagskorts-uppdrag.

Gjort några kort till henne tidigare genom åren med olika teman så som tex BTS, London, Detroit Become Human och så vidare. Alla dessa skapelser finns att läsa om här på min blogg, se i arkivet till höger. Eller sök i bloggen på orden som är mörkgrå och tjocka.

Denna gång var temat The Witcher och jag valde tv-serien över spelet.

It was time for one of my annual birthday card assignment.

Done cards for her before over the years with various themes like for example BTS, London, Detroit Become Human and so on. All of these card creation you can read about here on my blog, look in the archive on the right. Or use the blog search and type in the same words that are grey and bold.

This time the theme was The Witcher and I choose the tv series over the game.

Gjorde karaktärerna och färglade dem. Väntade med bakgrundsfärgen tills jag visste vad som skulle bli bäst.

Made the characters and coloured them. Waited with the background colour til I knew what colour would be best.

DP från Pion. Gillade stjärnorna. Distressade för att få en mörkare ton.

Skapade cirklarna och distressade med olika färger och embossade dem.

Första embossingen gjorde dem för silvriga så jag embossade en gång till (Clear embossingpulver) efter att jag hade på champagne stämpelfärg.

Made the circles and distressed with different colours and embossed them.

First embossing made the rings to silvery so I embossed them one more time (Clear embossing powder) after using the Champagne ink pad.

Till bakgrund inuti cirklarna stansade jag ut dessa och distressade dem.
Och jag hittade rätt färg till bakgrunden runt karaktärerna.

For the background inside the circles I dies out these and distressed them.
And I found the right colour for the background round the characters.

Gjorde två par för att få skuggeffekt.

Färglagt med Promarker, sen Versafine och Clear embossingpulver.

Then the numbers.
Made two pairs for shadow effect.

Coloured with Promarker, then Versafine and embossed with Clear embossing powder.

ARTONDE bokstäverna har samma promarkerfärg som sifrorna.

Fick en beställning på ett bröllopskort och färgtemat för bröllopet var marinblått så jag skapade ett kort i den färgen.

Got an order for a wedding card and a the colour theme for the wedding was Navy blue so I made a card in that colour.

Kortbas storlek och CS pappret. Kanten stansad med spetsstuk.

kanterna på DPn distressade och innan jag limmade fast dem på plats fäste jag banden.

Edges on the DP distressed and before gluing into place I glued on the ribbon.

Framsidan. Använde Hjärtformad dies från QuicKutz. Förstärkte den med kartong för att få den att sticka ut lite och bli styvare.

Andra dies till detaljer och distress och lite glitterlim på en vit ros.
Strasstenar för att blinga det lite mer.

The front. Used Heart dies from QuicKutz. Reinforced it with cardboard to make it pop out and be a bit stiffer.

Other dies for details and some distress and glitter glue on a white rose.
Rhinestones to bling it up more.

Insidan: Texten är min egen design och handskriven.
Dekorerade med lite hjärtan inuti samt även på andra delen av framsidan.

Decorated with some hearts, alson on the other front panel.

The text rhymes in Swedish so it sounds a bit better ;)
It says:

Love is beautiful and mighty strong.
It is patient and lovely as a breeze over sea and land.

It makes two hearts that are linked together grow.
Love gives them happiness, hope and faith.

Fick en beställning med önskemål om ballonger och pastellfärger till ett födelsedagskort. Och lite bling också.

Got an order and with a request for ballons and pastel colours on a birthday card. And also a bit of bling of course.

Kortbas 15*15cm. CS Nude från Reprint.

Ramen 14,5*14,5 cm CS slät vitt.

Färglagt kanterna med Promarkerpenna  "Pastel Green"  för rätt ton.

Sen en glittrig CS bit på 14'14cm - från ett stort pappersblock från Panduro ( see andra bilden nedan).

Frame 14,5*14,5cm CS plain white.

Coloured the edges with Promarker pen "Pastel Green" to get the right  tone.

Then a CS Bling piece 14*14 cm - from a  big paper pad from Panduro (see second picture below).

Dags att göra en varelse.

Efter att ha färglagt det så skar ja gut den och limmade den på svart CS och skar ut den igen. Limmade den sen på kortet.

Den svarta inramningen gav mer djup och att den stack ut.

Bokstäverna är utstansade med dies "High Rise" på vit slät CS och färglagt med några av de samma promarkers som jag använde till bilden.

Time to make a creature.

After colouring it I cut it out and glued it on black CS before cutting it out again.
Glued it on the card.

The black CS gave it a deeper frame and pop.

The letters are punched with Dies "High Rise" on plain white CS and coloured with few of the same Promarkers  I´ve used to the sketch.

Detaljer.
Jag använde 3D effects till att skapa ett pärlhalsband till varelsen och använde också Wink of Stella Clear 999 till ögonen.

Details.
I used 3D pearl effect to make a pearl necklace for the creature and I used also a litet Wink of Stella clear 999 on the eyes.

Födelsedagstjejen ville verkligen ha ballonger så jag skapade en schablon för att få in mer
ballonger som decoration i kortet.

Därefter med en distressvamp duttade jag dit ballongerna.

The birthday girl really wanted ballons so I made a stencil to get more ballons a a decoration
in the card.

 Then I used a sponge dauber to tap the ballons.

Some things in life

is of greater importans then others.

For example to learn how to drive a car is big. The vehicle still has

a motor but the wheel has increased from 2 to 4 and includes a steering wheel.

The school becomes optional, possibly harder but 

all the more exciting.

But remember the most important of all.

Life is full of surprises and even 

if it goes up and down it is okey 

because thats is how it is supposed to be- 

imperfectly perfect.
